Welcome!

The Strathcona Wrestling Club is a competitive wrestling team made up of athletes from Strathcona County and surrounding area.  Our community based program trains female and males aged of 5 to 18 with a broad range of experience. We welcome any aspiring wrestlers, who might be interested in trying a new sport, getting into shape, and competing against other wrestlers their age, gender and weight. 

 

Our programs focus on:

- Fundamental wrestling techniques

- Enjoying wrestling and fitness

- Developing good work ethic

- Overcoming adversity
